EDIB is a practice that is second nature to every Randstadian, and as a team we are extremely passionate about bringing this to action in India- whether it is influencing using our Public Affairs machinery, investing in massive hire train deploys of diverse talent, or simply our consultants encouraging inclusive hiring practices.
Our new **equity@work series of webinars** is aimed at driving active discussions with Industry thought leaders and influencers in the EDIB space to initiate a discussion on how we can, together, shape a more equitable world of work, create an environment of belonging, safety and confidence where everyone is free to be their authentic self and can reach their true potential.
